Sapphire Holdings Group is a privately held firm that specializes in value-add real estate investments. To date, SHG and its partners have overseen the acquisition and disposition of over $5 billion of multifamily and industrial real estate in the Tri-State area. Its current portfolio is comprised of 3,000 multifamily units and 70,000 SF of industrial space spanning the New York City boroughs, and several suburban markets within close proximity to NYC.

We target undervalued assets in strong locations where we can enhance the performance through increased operational efficiencies, capital improvements, and strategic lease ups through our vertically integrated platform.
